You master the basics, you love fresh fish and you adapt to a short menu that changes. Fine-dining experience not required, willingness to learn, yes.
Waiter
You know how to welcome guests, you learn the menu by heart within a week and you love sending people away with a big smile. Service is your thing.
All-rounder
