This site does not set any advertising tracking cookies and does not require an account. The only technical data we use is anonymous and aggregated, with no personal identification.
When you call the restaurant to book a table, we keep your name, phone number and booking time only for the duration needed to run the service properly.
To measure site traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that does not store your IP address or identity, and does not track you across other sites. The data collected (page views, country, device type) is aggregated and anonymous.
We also monitor the site's search performance through Google Search Console, which only measures the site's visibility in Google results and does not collect any information about you as a visitor.
The interactive map is provided by Google Maps. Google may set functional cookies when the map loads.
